Hello. The processor came well packed, soundly. Delivery time-quickly enough, tracked at each stage. To the processor itself many questions. 1. could not start until he cleaned the rubber band contacts. (This is normal, solved quickly and simply) 2. and most important: by load in aida64, all kernels discount the frequency up to 2900 MHz. That's a big problem for me. In AC Odyssey shows 3100, but sometimes 2900 for everything. Although 3100 is stated for all kernels. If you disable 1 core, the processor drops frequencies up to 3000 MHz. And if 2 and more, then 3100 MHz. I do not even know where to dig, the motherboard is Machinist X79 2.82h. Power supply 650 W, with good CPU power. The processor itself is finalized, the fans are placed in the VRM zone. Screenshots attached. If I find a problem in my iron, I'll write a review. Fix everything. I'm sorry. I buy not the first time in this store, I bought a Xeon 2650 V2. Great service. But with this Xeon 2696 v2 came out such problems. Slightly disappointed.

Put on another motherboard, on atermiter X79 (Turbo), changed the power supply to aero bronze 650 W. The situation has not changed. Also, under full load 12 cores discount frequency up to 2900 MHz. In games keeps on 3100 MHz, occasionally falls when the game loads seconds for 5-6 processor completely. Yes, in the photo, it's not clear, I disabled hyper-threading. Was going to computer for games, and HT gives a reduction in performance in almost all games. I recommend that you disable. I think that's a copy.
