How to do Leakage Test?

1. Fill 20ml test oil to the detector;
2. Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected with detector;
3. Connect detector with DC 12V battery, device starts to work;
4. The pipe will be filled with smoke, check the leak points.

Independent switch control design

Air mode :First, use the air mode to directly measure the leak, and judge whether there is a leak by the pressure gauge value. If it is less than 0.5bar, it will inevitably leak. If it reaches 0.8bar and above, the pipeline tightness is very good.Then there is no need to waste baby oil

SMOKE MODE:After the air mode determines that there is a leak, use the smoke mode to find the leak.

The difference between S1000 and S2000 and S3000

the function of the Pressure Gauge: We can directly determine whether the pipeline is leaking through the value of the pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge is less than 0.5bar, it can be judged that there is a leak. The smaller the pressure, the greater the leak. At this time, you can find the leak through the smoke leak. Point and fix it in time

The function of FLOW INDICATION: The flow meter is an indicator to intuitively judge whether there is a leak and the size of the leak. When the flow indicator bead is at the bottom of D, it indicates that the pipe is good and there is no leakage. The higher the bead position, the greater the leakage.
